NOAH AMS' Sleek New Design

In accordance with our commitment to client satisfaction and ease of use, we are about to reveal a redesigned NOAH AMS. Once the updates are live, NOAH AMS will be fully mobile responsive – meaning you will have an optimal viewing experience on any device. In addition, users will notice sleeker displays and updated styles and navigation to better present your most important data on your screen.

Users will also benefit from an enhanced version of demographics, which allows compound questions and a new, expandable tree view for nested responses. As icing on the cake, we will be adding a user-controlled contact summary screen to allow each staff member to have their own views and data for contacts on their individual displays.

Higher Logic’s Community Platform

Our NOAH AMS community is of our utmost importance. This fall we are launching the NOAH AMS User Group Online Community – a cohesive, collaborative environment for members to engage and network with each other. The goal is to give you a place where you can connect, share ideas, answer questions and stay energized, all on your own terms.

We have a fun, new addition to the 2018 NOAH User Group Conference! Those joining us in Crystal City, Virginia on Oct. 24th & 25th are encouraged to download our free, all-access event app. Instead of relying on non-ecofriendly paper agendas and content, users have the advantage of using their smartphones and having the most relevant information at their fingertips!

Our goal is to make sure you are up-to-date with the latest information, including last minute changes and announcements, allowing you to better plan your experience. Be sure to set up push notifications and alerts, as there is always the chance that a last-minute change will take place. Push notifications will send reminders in the days leading up to the event and instant, real-time notifications for changes that crop up throughout the conference day.

To download the event app, search for "NOAH AMS 2018" in your smart phone's app store.

NOAH AMS Helps EAPA Consolidate Processes to Better Manage Memberships and Certifications

The Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) is the world’s largest, oldest and most respected membership organization for employee assistance professionals. With members in over 40 countries around the globe, EAPA is the world’s most relied upon source of information and support for and about the employee assistance profession.

EAPA was using a number of independent systems to perform transactional tasks, such as publishing its Journal of Employee Assistance, hosting its Annual World EAP Conference and conducting educational training. By not having a true, central repository where EAPA could manage its members and operations, the association’s efforts became inefficient and time consuming.

NOAH AMS allows EAPA to successfully manage the status of its memberships and certifications in near real-time and enhance communication between members, customers and staff. From a staff perspective, NOAH AMS centralizes the full scope of EAPA’s operations into one system so that all information is easily accessible. This consolidation allows EAPA’s staff to have better interactions with customers and has allowed them to eliminate long grace periods for memberships and certification renewals, which has significantly benefitted EAPA from a financial standpoint.
