All pricing is retroactive, meaning the lowest price that applies will apply to all registrations. Register more to save and benefit more of your organization!

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY

If a registrant cannot attend the conference for personal or work reasons, refund requests must be received in writing by JL Systems by February 28, 2023 to receive a refund, minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 28, 2023. However, you are able to transfer your registration to another member of your organization if you are unable to attend the meeting. In the event that JL Systems is forced to cancel this User Group Conference, JL Systems is not responsible for fees or penalties that conference registrants may incur for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited unless previously approved.
