Online Store

Sell merchandise and downloadable files in unlimited categories and tags, such as "Publications", "New" and "Clearance". Designate shipping and handling fees for each item by quantity, dollar amount or total weight of purchases. Set up member and non-member pricing and discount and promotion codes. Bundle products while also maintaining each separate item and GL account. Use templates for product display with thumbnail and full size images. Manage inventory and fulfillment via reports and re-order point alerts. Collect sales tax by state and country.

E-Commerce

Process unlimited transactions for all recipients in a single check-out with our unified shopping cart. Create multiple accounting companies and merchant accounts. Accept credit cards for real-time processing, as well as debit cards, electronic checks, ACH transfers and recurring payments. Be secure and fully PCI compliant through Authorize.net. Use the invoice only option that does not require any payment. Create and accept promotion codes, discounts and appeal codes.

Reporting

Choose from over 1,200 pre-built standard reports and exports which can be generated as .pdf, MS Excel and CSV outputs. Utilize the advanced query module for custom queries, exports and bulk emailing. No database or programming knowledge is required. Use workflow management for renewal invoices, meeting attendee confirmations, speaker/presenter notifications, exhibitor, sponsor and advertiser announcements and pledge donor reminders. All can be emailed with accompanying letters, invoices and certificates or print and mailed with labels or prepared for windowed envelopes. Reports can also be extended to invited committees, such as the Board, via your website.

Accounting

Create unlimited charts of accounts and accounting companies. System interfaces with and exports to all major accounting systems. Robust deferral revenue management. All transactions are processed into batches, with journals and batch posting routines. Process voids, refunds, and exchanges with the option to create balance forward accounts with credits for future purchases. Automatic credit card and check refund management. Year round features integrated with your organization’s website including profile updating, opt in/out preference updating, membership processing, donations, member directory searches, and any page from your website you enable. Single sign on integration with your website is automatic, thus your members use the same usernames and passwords as they do for your website. The mobile app can be branded for your organization with your logos and registered to your association in the Apple and Google app stores. Separate subscription fees apply for the mobile app.
